appstaterider, there is an organized ride at the Wissahickon Park this Sunday (08/10) at 11:00. It is being held by The Philadelphia Mountain Bike Association (www.phillymtb.com). You should definitely check it out.
Why as a matter of fact they are! I also have a pair of SPuD compatible flip flops but thought they would be a bit gauche for my red carpet appearance. :)
Thought you would appreciate this - - - - - -

Here's the latest update, my friends. The frames are in the paint booth as I type this. If you happen to see an EWR 'esque frame with a unique green paint job, stop and take a look. It might, just mighttttt say PROTO on it somewhere. Then ask for a ride!

We put up a photo of one of the protos in the jig getting ready to be welded today. As usual, www.ewrbikes.com.

I am not sure where the XXL came from. But it kind of makes sense since our sizes are a bit longer than the norm and are meant to be run with shorter stems.
I wanted to call the sizes Big, Bigger, Really Big and Biggest for the 29's. I got out voted. Probably a wise choice....

As many of you heard, EWR Bikes is about to unveil specs on our 29" frame. Thanks to everyone who has been checking our site, we'll have the drawing up shortly.

Well, I have been following this thread pretty closely over the past few weeks. I have a demo ready. I should have another ready this weekend (2/23). That will be one M, and a L.
I think we are ready to start demos. I've taken a few to a couple of my local shops and need to get them out...
Jay, Don and I put the numbers all together and decided to do a straight up 29'r. So no need to worry about the 69'r or 9/b looks. We'll have the updates on the web this week.
Commercial ad warning!!!!!

Jay and I are actually working on the design for a niner frame (as well as a few other surprises). If all goes well, we'll have a niner frame out before spring. We'll try to keep you posted, but we have almost daily updates on the site. Check it out at www.EWRbikes.com
One pic accidentally...
That is cool Nick. Sounds like a christmas list of parts you have on that thing!
I just rebuilt my EWR Original Woods Bike with X.9 and a White Bros. fork, and I am right around 26 lbs. Not bad at all. I always get people asking if they are heavy, and they aren't. Are they the lightest out...
