Ok, I see. So Fox 40 has minimum fork height as 571mm => reach for Medium fury 451mm , but Fury's geo is calculated whit about 600mm fork height => reach 438mm.
It is quite misleading that GT does not say which fork height was used to get the geo numbers.

I removed the seal whitout taking off the top cap of the volume adjust. Put a lot of grease and the same seal back as I did not have correct replacement seal. Worked whole weekend.
Does anyone know the exact size of the seal?
I measured it and got 28 as inner diameter and 3mm for thickness.
Could you give more specific instructions how to replace that o-ring. How to remove volume adjustment from the shaft to be able to replace that o-ring?
Has anybody managed to replace cables inside chainstay? How did you do it? The original cables are stuck inside chainstay. It is so hard to get them off I am a bit worried how I ever manage to set new cables back.
If 40RC2 Kashima fork is really smoother than old models I would expect Fox to give same data how much better it is. They have not release any data related to that. That's why I think Kashima is just a hype, and Fox had to do something to sell the forks.
