I'd like some help as the title says.
Not sure which types of front derailleurs both of these bikes accept.
Please tell me they're the same though. Both have der. posts.
Thanks RM.
And here's some old builds of my first Imperial:
Monster'd:

One of my old fav's... just ripped:
And the very first build, just threw parts on to ride her:
Can't find any pic's of it with a Shiver or the SC Shiver but not hard to imagine.
Did all the newer frames (redesigned dropouts) have holes for the bolt on grind guards? As my frame has two threaded holes on the drive side chain stay.
I also recall the HT being slacker on my first imperial.
As for selling it, I'll never make that mistake again.
Just wondering how it gives out? Do the internal threads just strip over time? Or is it when we run it too far out (slack I guess) that the threads just give?
I'm hopeful mine doesnt give out.
Just had to throw mine into this thread since I read this and mines gotsa Totem too. Only thing I want to change is the bar, wheels and tires. But that can wait for a bit.

If I can pick your brain for a second, would you guess if thats a small or medium frame? I'm trying to figure out exactly how the one I just picked up is going to look when done but its just a frame at the moment. I'm thinking it looks like a small.
Im just posting this since Whistler has seen a frighteningly high level of bikes being lifted. Usually high end DH bikes are the main targets but dont take any chances.
If you're staying up there for the week or weekend, inquire with the front desk about being allowed to store the bikes in...
I just read this on my usual forum nsmb.com - if this has been double posted, I'm sorry and feel free to delete.

I have an Onyx QR rear hub laced onto a 321 that has only seen about 10 rides tops on my bike. Only one of those rides/days were at Whistler. So its essentially new'ish/perfect condition.
Care to make an offer?
From one Evil owner to another, I'm sorry bro. I cant believe something like that could happen and the odds of it happening to a bike with the name "Evil" strikes me more than just a coincidence :(
If you're interested in an 02 Imperial - let me know when you get this ordeal ratified and I'll...
I like bikes.
And.
I'm from Surrey British Columbia which is respectively a half hour from the shore and close enough to the rest of the good stuff I cant complain at all.
edit: I have now realized I havent posted enough to qualify :( I still like bikes. And Ride Monkey.
Preach it Velocity Girl!
I havent heard of any rumoured law suits against the mountain. With the Delta Watershed, there was a mention of a possibly one and the City of Delta acted swiftly and heavy handedly with chainsaws.
And a-line can be tame if you're not machin it down and turning...
Hopefully I have the right forum for this but, I'm from Vancouver and wouldnt mind taking a day trip or an overnighter just south of the border. Obviously I have no idea where to start though. It would be on the weekend and I'm quite comfy on all sorts of terrain - elevated, sloped or otherwise...
