Old bike with the same build was 31.9 pounds, the new frame is 11.4 as delivered from Devinci. Should be about 2 pounds heavier, though I haven't had a chance to check it yet.
Nothing special to start with, but a suggestion of a 3 year old Demo. With the exception of a slightly differing wheel path they both use FSR. The new style Demo frames are still over $2000 (if looking locally). Ontario DH (assuming the buyer is from the same province as the seller) is not BC DH...
Looks to be in good shape. Component spec is pretty solid and the Johnson is a pretty good Ont bike. You can adjust the travel between 7 and 8.5 inches and with the Totem up front it'll be nice and nimble. Price looks great.
Own a Wilson, great bike. Sure the new Glory is great too. Doubt the CoG of that far off on either. Most of the Wilson weight is pretty centrally located. Newer Wilsons have the needle bearings so many of the early flex complaints are rectified. Frame is super adjustable (with 40, semi...
The 08' suffered from a noticeable flex which was attributed to the bushings working themselves loose. Granted I looked after mine once a week, the needle bearings pretty much removed the constant attention and improved the stiffness of the frame.
Again miuan hit it on the head. You can...
Great bikes, though slightly biased. Have run an 04' and 08' Wilson. The 04' was the only Wilson with a FR based geo setup (05' and after all DH geo). Was travel adjust between 8.5 and 7in of travel and could run a 24" rear without dropping the bb. The 08'-current is light years ahead of the old...
Mine on the scale: 130 grams for one
Ano should be lighter, though don't think it'd be much. I have white Rallye's that weathered well last year and are now on the do-it-all bike.
Store looks great and nice bike! On the little history bit (website) you have on the right side of the screen "we know offer full lines of..." (just a little fyi)
