my makulu came out to 37.69 lbs with the dorado and ccdb w/ti-spring on the scale. the second build with a 2010 boxxer wc was 36.7 lbs. for my own personal preference, i do enjoy the geo and feel of the makulu with the boxxer as its a bit lower on the front end.

i had heard that you can run the revox and ccdb ti springs on the Elka Stage 5...but thats just hear say. the elka is 475 usd which isnt alot for a rear shock if it lives up to the hype i have heard. the worldwide recession has been good to me  i got two frames incase one brakes...

i have 3 rear shocks arriving with both framesets. BOS, CCDB and Elka Stage 5. Originally the frames come with BOS. But with the lack of service facilities in canada...i decided on a CCDB and the ELKA was dirt cheap so i thought i would be fun to try one out.
