I'd give RS a call and ask before bringing it down. If the standard back the bolt out and hit it with a rubber mallet didn't work then I would try davep's idea of a puller.

I've never used one of their tray style racks but the regular hitch racks (sold them at my old shop) are built really well. The sport isn't a true tray rack but I think it would work better with the larger tires on DH bikes.
It sounds like he's looking for just bearings which we don't do. We would have pivot kits in stock and he can certainly contact us if he's looking for a complete pivot kit. Enduro is the way to go if you just need bearings. The Sunday uses 6902 Max-Extended x2, 6902 2RS x2, 608 2RS x2, and...
Whoever you spoke with must not of understood what you were refering to. Did you refrence the Sunday frame diagram, http://www.ironhorsebikes.com/bikes/sunday/sunday_frame.pdf? We do have the axles and the pinch bolts in stock. The axles run $19.99 and the pinch bolt setup, which includes...
We'll keep pivot kits in stock for these bikes through their warranty periods and beyond. Same goes for replacement frames.
That's the new cyclocross bike.
There's a company called IPS (Independant Pedaling Systems) that make a tandem crank that sounds exactly like what you're describing. Here's a break down on how they do it, http://www.hostelshoppe.com/atp_archives/ips_instructions.pdf.
Is there something wrong with your linkage's or are you just looking to upgrade? Replacement links run $100 and can be ordered directly through us, 1-800-645-5477 option 3. 08 Linkage upgrade kits are currently out of stock. We ran out of upper links and are putting in an order for more...
Have you guys tried rotating while hitting it with a mallet from the other side? Now that the shock pin is rotating this really has me baffled.
Cubebiker- What side of the bike is that picture taken from? Looks like the non-drive side but I wanted to be sure.
We wouldn't typically sell just the pivot axle, it would be that whole pivot if we have enough were we're not breaking up a pivot kit. Figure on $19.99 with bearings. A full pivot kit runs $70 for a 06 Sunday.
Are you looking for the pivot axle or the lower link? Pivot axle is the same throughout all years on the Sunday. The 06 lower links is out of stock, we only have 08 lower links in stock.
We have shock pin sets (upper and lower) for $17.
The pin is only going to come out in one direction, towards the 5mm allen key. You may be forced to drill/cut it out. The shock pin is hollow so you may be able to drill it out through the 5mm side, essentially drilling out the threaded...
Not in MS Word but the font is called B-52 Regular and is made by Stock Bucket, http://www.stockbucket.com/shop/fontresults.php?keywords=b-52&metacat=font&bname=&PHPSESSID=200808211405031135199972.
There was no play when the bike was new, correct? It's going to be tough to diagnose over the net as it could be anything from a defective bearing (could be the extended race being too short) to a poorly machined lower link (not likely but if you've been in the industry long enough then you...
