    Fox V3R Carbon DH Helmet

    Anyone have any time with this helmet? I destroyed my D3 at Whistler a few months ago and I have a new one on back-order. But, I don't think I'm getting it since even the Troy Lee guys are saying "good luck." The Fox seems like a good alternate... Note: I'm also getting a Leatt to work...

    So I've been lusting for one a bit now. (Crew cab.) To the owners, have they been reliable? I'm asking specifically about the latest gen. model. Newer than 2005... All the ones on Toyota lots are "Certified" but do you really need the warranty? Any horror stories out there?

    What chainlube are you guys running?

    I ask because I heard about a strange problem from my buddy. His LG1+ guide plates cracked because of the chainlube he used. He's a fan of Boshield and Prolink, but was told that either would cause this problem. Where I live, Boshield works great so I want to know before I install my brand...
