1. Thanks
2. Part of the video competition requirements was nothing illegal plus my friend had to drive my car because my license is suspended for a little while
see video below for some sideways action, I still have my racing license :)
3. Yeah the only thing we had was our helmets...
Hi Guys,
This is a video myself and a friend made for a video competition, the idea was that you had to create a video which shows a big weekend of riding with some element of comedy but mainly a good mtb video with nice riding and camera work.
Here is my entry.
TBSM & JetBlack Products Video...
yeah my mate has one on his M6 and its all good but the one I have on my 303-R has very bad alignment for both brakes and cassette, I sent an email of to Chris King but no reply yet.
I have just gone from a Hadley to a King rear hub on my DH bike. I had the Hadley for about 3 years and had many problems with it, I would never buy one again.
I bought a king thinking it was expensive but awesome quality and I have had one on my trials bike for about 5 years with zero issues...
This bit of marketing from the Yeti website pretty much sums it up for me
"The 303R-DH project was started not to replace the current 303 DH, but to compliment it and offer another option for racers depending on the course, and the individuals riding style. The unique feel of the 303 DH...
Yes the front end was set up terrible on the demo bike and my bike is set up perfect now with the zero rise stem and 1/2" riser bar. The short chainstays are less forgiving if you dont have your body in the correct position when cornering but when you get it right the bike changes direction...

The BB has a 2mm spacer and I used one thick washer on each bolt to the ISCG tabs. I also had to grind about 2mm off the back of the spider because the LG1+ back plate is very thick and was touching the spider, all good now.
Following on from my mini-review I ordered the frame and have now finally got it all built up, here are the specs:
Frame - 09 Yeti 303R
Rear shock - Fox DHX 5.0 with Ti spring
Front shock/fork - 07 Boxxer world cup (converted)
Handlebars - Raceface Atlas FR 1/2" riser 785mm
Stem -...
I put an o-ring on the shaft of my DHX to properly measured sag for a few different springs on my glory. This is hard because you have to keep removing the shock from the frame to take the measurements but I wanted to get my suspension setup dialled so.....
I am 195 lbs in full riding gear, 350...
