Does anybody know if Black Market measures their frame's top tube length as actual TT (seat tube center to headtube center). Or do they measure Effective TT (horizontal)? Thanks for the help.

The track is outdoor. I saw a bunch of BMXers racing there today. The track was firm and in descent shape. Probably a good idea to bring goggles though.
