I'd try a low tune. I sent a low tune to Vorsprung to get rebuilt and customized; from what I remember he didn't change anything on the HSC circuit and removed the check valves on the LSC and rebound circuit.
I have manual machinists that make mid $30's/hr and operators that make close to that. With overtime most make over $100k CDN/year. Prototype guys make well over $40/hr locally. Those are pretty standard wages around here. My best friend is a B pressure welder and makes close to $50/hr + OT...
I've gained 20lbs of muscle in 8 months of crossfit. If you want to gain; eat a lot and don't try and smash times when you're there. Go heavier and get a slow time or not finish. I'm in the same boat as you; I'm 5'10" and weigh 160lbs. I'm way stronger than I was last winter because of all the...
I'm running an older vivid coil that I had valved by Vorsprung; I like it a lot better than the RC4.
For the spring rate I think it'll depend on what type of ride you want. Pop or plow? I bet the 350lb spring will give you a better balance of both depending on how you tune your shock.
I watched the Gee and Steve interview on Redbull twice yesterday. What I find interesting is the way they answered the question about friendship/rivalry. Gee seemed like he had a hard time separating the racing from the friendship while Steve seemed like he was just happy to be in the position...
We stuck to the blacksteep techy stuff just right of the chair; the jump trail was a let down. It was really only good for two days of riding at most...
It's good for families who have people who don't ride; the pool and water slides keep the kids busy. The hill is good for a day or two after that it gets a little boring. There is some good shuttles just down the hill you can do if you're up for it.
There is good riding just west of Rocky Mountain House as well. You just need to know the right guys to get thru the gate. If you need some info let me know.

Why would you wait for bearings? Find out what size he's running and get some locally or online.
My sphericals are still still good and I've been riding since the Undead since last july
I'm the same height, inseam and run 760mm bars. My DHR was a large and the only place I didn't like it was on the North Shore. It was brutal in super tight stuff.
I think you could be comfortable on a medium or large depending on your trails.
I don't remember mine being hard to knock out. I switched mine to the Slack setting right away. I figured if i wanted steeper it would be easier to use the flip chips.
I run a Vivid. It was an A tune, but I had it re-valved by Vorsprung. The only reason I had it re-valved was because it was blown. It works great and I wouldn't hesitate to try a stock A tune.
