Did you get up there at all this summer? It's not quite as good as the old side of the mountain, but they made a *lot* of improvements this year. It's getting pretty good up there again. If they put the same amount of work into it in 2011 that they did in 2010, it'll be better than it ever...
REI has sales on the GoPro every once in a while. Just shop around a bit. I see 'em on Amazon.com every once in a while for a decent price.
I've got a VHoldr currently. I'm looking for an excuse to buy a ContourHD right now. :) The chest mount harness for the ContourHD makes pretty decent...
Yes. I've still got my old bullet cam, which is a 480 line Sony. Simply no comparison. There are so many things that are better about the new cams:
- A single unit, with no wires and **** running from your head to your pack. This is a huge one for me. The ease of use of the new cameras is...
If you only want it on your helmet, get the VHoldr ContourHD. Easy to use, good quality video. Simple operation. Durable.
If you want more mounting options, get the GoPro HD Helmet Hero. Way more (good) mounting options. Good quality video.

Brit,
I've run the 3C ghetto tubeless for 2 years on various rims and they've been great. Never used any UST Minions so I can't comment on them.
I did run Schwalbe UST Nobby Nics on my XM819s for about a month. Hated 'em. Kept burping badly and even peeled the rear off of the rim twice...
I think IronFly did their original website design. So, makes sense that their splash page is up there if there's some sort of re-design going on.
I've got a Maelstrom that I'm pretty optimistic about. I hope Atomlab does the right thing with Corsair. Some great (*great*) engineering...
Cool, thanks! I saw the announcement on MTBR, but didn't think to check PinkBike for updates. I really hope they do embody the 'feedback' aspect. They're so close with their designs.....a couple of small quirks to work out to have some of the best frames on the market.

Hi folks,
I noticed that Doug Stuart recently sold Corsair (was mentioned in an article about his new position at SR Suntour). I'm wondering if anyone can provide some insight into the new ownership and future of the brand in general.
Thanks,

What he wrote isn't as obvious as you think. I've mounted computers on my stem and even my top tube before. They don't *have* to be mounted on the bars.....
I'd love to spend more time on the Shore this year. I agree w/ Brad on that for sure. Definitely a dream-world.....and I felt like I barely scratched the surface there. More importantly....I felt like my riding was 'a little off' those 2 days this year. I need vindication!!!!!
We could do...
