Formula switched from 200 to 203mm a few years back, the new rotors are 203mm only I believe, whereas you can/could get the old wavy ones in both sizes. The adapters are naturally different as well, and while the combination of 203mm adapter (or direct mount) and 200mm rotor is anything but...

FCS on the one MY11 is that new gold bit between the hose and master cylinder in the picture on the previous page. It should be an easy upgrade.
I've just switched to the ones after 4 years on k24s, and I must say the extra power takes some getting used to. The oros had some of that spongy feel, that I really liked for some reason, whereas the ones are in my opinion a bit harder to control, I should however say I haven't had that many...
Poc Sweden said to me in an email I should not be cutting into the vpd material or the mesh.
I've been wearing the brace on top of the vpd protector as advised by Poc (also the way their team riders are running it, and OKd by the leatt on their site in the faq section for some pressure suits)...
If you cut a slit into the fabric just above the protector pouch (and in your jersey) it shouldn't be a problem. With the tight fit of the vest has the brace shouldn't move at all.
