Just rode Trek Slash 2021 on local trails. I am 190cm, 6'2" feet. I rode L-size and reach was just right. Trek recommeds XL for my size, but it would be too big. My old bikes are XL with 47cm reach, Slash is little longer. And because chainstay in Slash is 437mm in every size, XL could be harder...
Thanks for reply. I know that EVO is more of a trail bike, but I think it could be good because I have Dh-bike too. I need complete bike. I guess that I will buy Slash, I will get so good deal of it. Hope warranty works if chainstays will crack :)
I tested new Slash, it's really really good. And my favourite local shop sells Trek and I get quite good deal on it. Raaw looks good in paper and in rewievs. Evo is sold out for this year, might get one in spring. Evo could be the one for me because I have DH-bike for bikepark days...
Lots of good new bikes released. Hard to choose which one to buy. Trek Slash 9.8, Raaw Madonna V2 Factory build or new Stumpjumper Evo Expert are on my radar. Which one You would choose?
Bought Assegai 2.5" dh casing tires to my dh bike. Traction is great but rolling resistance is great also. I'm going to replace rear with High Roller 2 2.4" or DHR2 2.4" hoping it would roll faster.
That was a great race! Great that Troy won. Brunis run looked amazing, so smooth! It looks like he has his suspension dialed. Quite good ad for Öhlins suspension.
It surely looked that Fearon had poor traction in rear compared to others, but his cornering looked faster.
Yes it does. I have Team and I have stiff spring in it. Its great fork! Did they do something new for 2017 model? My new one feels better than Team 2016 that I had. I think that I should test extrafirm spring in it because I weight 90kg.

Interesting thoughts about sizing. There is some advice why enduro bikes reach should be longer than dh-bikes reach.
