This is a legitimate call, look at the build of Clementz,Barel and even graves.their half the width of Rude and a solid 10kg lighter. Do u not think this would be a disadvantage to Rude in enduro, even more so at altitude.
Best of luck to him anyway, hopefully he comes to his senses and goes...
Still trying to get over the fact that Yeti/FOX (Yeti Factory team) has turned its back on DH. They have been such a huge profile team over the last few years, seemingly going from strength to strength from year to year.
They're responsible for the style of coverage we all wait for post WC's...
needs moar padzzz
unrelated question for @stikman is Gravsey just a TLD DH athlete??
during worlds he wore the Monster/Yeti theme D3 however everytime I see him in Paintdrying World Series media he's wearing something else
does no one else think even the infamous Schladming has become a bit bike parky in sections. Rode Champery WC again this summer and it felt alot more 'mainline' then years previous.
I actually like riding more man made open stuff as there is none where i live
coming into that time of year again. does anyone make anything specific?
had one of those clear AStars mudjackets but it tore quickly.
also have a northface hyvent but its not very suitable for riding
something light enough,flexible and waterproof.
Greg will win on a stock v-10 with all stock components (suspension not so much) and no dropper seatpost or any other fancy **** for PMB.
I reckon Gwin might race that 'demotus' which B.Benedict had at Whistler.
The GT team will be on 650s along with Polygon and other jokers.
I think sikmik...
Maxxis Highroller 2 in 2.4 3c EXO use for downhill?
anyone any experience.
im light on wheels/tyres in general rode mavic 521s in Morzine for 3 weeks without any issues.
feedback appreciated
Fully agree. His huck in the 1st major rock section was nuts, none of the other riders even attempted it which shows how mad it must have been. Then the stepdown/double which he hit prior to hitting the fireroad pedal section was also huge, others just rolling or dropping where Smith sent it onto...
we are talking, the hype machine is working.
I highly doubt this is the 1st location the 'demotus' has been ridden, they should test moar of these bikes in Euro bike parks as the riding seems to parallel that of North American riding destinations. (like Ben Walker 'Scott developer' testing...
no to get to IXS you head left from the lift and up the fire road, you will hit a series of tables but you need to keep going untill the road starts to head uphill. It will be the 3rd track on the right of the road. there's a relatively blind drop
about 5 secs in (thats when you know your on...
not 100% sure what the name was however it runs in parallel with air voltage and can be accessed beside the wallride feature on air voltage.
there is another track up near IXS which begins with a few minor stepdowns, the tracks actually really good and turns rather steep rather quickly...
just home from a 3 week stint based in Morzine and found the riding in Chatel was the best by far.(well worth the 30/40 min XC hike on a dh bike accross)
there is more or less all types to suit all people, spent a full day riding the IXS cup track alone and loved it.
some of the more bike park...
best recommendation is to pair up the saint m820 calipers with a pair of late saint m810 levers.
I upgraded from the m810s last year over to the m820 complete set. Now through the UK distributor I managed to get a pair of couple weeks early so I had begun to ride them just befor they dropped...
They certainly are.Generally the secret tracks are referred to as Porrigdge,Run of the Mill and another which i forget the name of but is more centrally (closer to the lift) in location. Theyre far longer and have more to them then the likes of the ones located off Pleney.
Recommend riding...

works well but can be expensive 6 per bottle or so.
works for pads and braking area inc. disc
soak then pads in it then light it on fire, the give light file/sand to the pad surface.
make sure to clean your disc aswell because...
Does anyone with the exception of superstar components provide pads at reasonable prices.
the current CRC price for the shimano is £26.99 per pair (inc. fins). seems extortionate for a pair of pads which will be needed to be changed a couple of times during a trip to the Alps. I'am aware...
Think this has been slightly blown out of proportion through various forums (esp. ride.io). Heading for the 4th time this summer for 3 weeks during July. It will be a shame to miss out on the tracks lower down pleney such as pedro's and atm further up, however super morzine has better riding on...
@M@lphy what sand paper and lacquer would you recommend for the 'Unbranded TLD D3 Carbon!?' job. I have a D3 which needs change and love the raw look.
cheers
rode 2 years on a early pair of m810s and had very minor issues with them..ie rear brake fading towards end of tracks (in morzine only)
upgraded to the m820s last spring and have not looked back...the bleeding pot is an essential investment and i.m.o shimano should really provide them with...
