Craig said they are planning to do the old Boxxer but need to reduce the size of the damper to fit. If it's the rebound you're unhappy with PUSH addresses that with their new kit.
I use a version of MarkDH's method, I put a rag over the grip and use vice grips to pinch the clamp then I can usually remove even the worst stripped bolt. If that doesn't work I usually hacksaw the bolt to try and save the clamp.
Have you spoken with Craig yet? If you give him a call he will help you figure out what would be best. I have found him to be straightforward and not at all pushy about trying to sell you more than what you need.
Craig re-named the forks to be consistent with how the other manufacturers measure their travel (I believe it had to do with some negative travel being factored in). I wonder how the 7.5 A2C measures compared to my 888, anyone have any figures on that?
I like the Kool Stops a lot and others have reported positive experience with Goodridge. In the States I think Kool Stops are easier to get and like I said the price is good. I have resigned myself to the fact that my Megas are the worst "parking-lot test" brakes ever, you can't appreciate...

The Kool-Stop pads work great and are cheaper then OEM by a fair amount.
Great to hear. I have my Koolstop pads used on 2 muddy days and they are holding up well. The brakes have been as good as I could hope, ridiculous modulation and plenty of power to use when needed.
Craig explained to me that many of his customers are overseas and shipping individual parts is obviously costly. This way shops overseas can buy kits with all the parts they need to re-size shocks. BTW, he was very clear in saying don't buy one of these kits and expect 24/7 technical support...
