I race up there often, you don't need a UCI license unless you want points or to stay in an upgraded category. Race Citizen and you wont have any problems. Well worth it Awesome trails and great people.
In my experience the Dakine pad was great for road travel but if your going to shuttle and like your bike at all its a bad idea. It beats the hell out of your downtube. I would recommend some sort of heavy duty hitch rack. If you have a truck just build a wood rack.
I"ve been running Flows/Hadleys on both my DH and All Mtn. for the last year with no issues. I did 10 DH races on the same set. I'm 220 and ride 4-5 days a week. I run tubeless Minions on both with no issues. I would highly recommend the Flows, also the ZTR355's I've had the same set for...
Wealth transfer is always a bad idea. And we are broke there is something like 3 trillion dollars of unfunded government pension liabilities. Point of fact historically unions were very opposed to being in the government business because there is no alternative. Meaning ****ty companies go...
I ride a Intense Tracer with a talas, for me its a perfect mix, I've had a stumpjumper, ReignX, and trance none of them fit the all mountain ticket. If you want to do some epic loops and enjoy the downhills go with 140-160mm with lockouts
Always nice to hear perspective, I'm waiting on a set right now, personally I ran the 355s for 2 years on a stumpjumper beat the hell out of them(220lbs) on some nasty AM trails and they are still true so I thought I would give these a chance on my 6" bike. Hopefully I will have the same luck.
Me and some buddies are looking to test ride some new DH bikes before making a purchase. I have been coming out to PA for the last 3 years for race and shuttle days and have never managed to make it out for a regular weekend. I have a huge truck that is a great shuttle rig... Who should I...
Got it all, knew about syncline, hit post canyon, hit Nestor peak which was almost the best if you like ripping fast sustained downhill where only your nerves hold you back. Thanks for the feedback
I have a totally built Faith 3, I upgraded to a glory but here is a partial list of whats on it:

That was a great day my 2nd shuttle day out there, Thank you guys who put it on I know how much time and effort gets put into maintaining trails.
I would like to know a little more about how DNR was talked into turning over the land. There is so much DNR land out by me but I don't even know...
