Forecast said chance of rain after 7PM, the thunderstorms which started before 5PM enforced that riding indoors on the hamster wheel was the right choice.
Woke at 5ish because I'd drilled through a pipe in the radiant floor heating in my dream, thankfully fell back asleep until just after 6. Still got a nagging thought at the back of my mind about it now...
I miss my 45mins each way by bike - if I blank out the cars/peds and garbage juice puddles I had to avoid. Used to take me the same time as the subway would have.
edit: my commuter, purchased June 2008.
Run on the singlespeed freewheel side, hated the fixed side when I tried it.

I've not ridden any of the lift assisted stuff or hidden gnar. Trail riding is just "nice" XC stuff from my recollection. Haven't ridden there since 2015, but I've got a 75 mile race out there August 31st :)
