Looks like it was filmed at www.mountwashington.ca the technical riding in the last 2/3rds looks definitely real, but the rollers and jump stuff at the start looks a bit too twitchy and fast to be at real speed. nonetheless remi is ultra fast, congrats on the nationals
A buddy of mine bought a 4x bike to make into a single speed jumper. It had less than 10 rides on it, and i told him i would give him 60$ for the xo short cage that didn't even have a scuff... he was stoked on it. Does this mean I'm going to hell?
i find its almost like leaning the whole bike/body into a lean or "table" before you take off the lip, and like what fluidride says, push your energy out through the rear wheel because when your mass inertia hits the lip of the jump it wants to go somewhere, but you want to stay low. i ride...

My visor didnt match because i broke the original one and I didn't really like the purple on the top of the helmet anymore but I wanted to keep some of the original. The paintjob on the visor didnt go so well but i might fix that later. Couple more coats of Krylon clear cote to go. haha
I guess it depends what you're really comfortable with. What are you on now..take that geometry and decide whether you want a longer bike, taller bike etc. I know longer/lower would be better for downhill because it is more stable, but if you are more likely to throw the bike around in the...
