Are Kenda tires really that bad?

It's all about personal preference. I've read bad reviews about the Nevegals. But, in MY experience, they were some of the best tires I've ridden (and yes, I've ridden a lot). They were very confidence inspiring. I switched over to a Highroller and, unfortunately, don't feel as confident. Now...

Not meant as a dig toward you in any way, but would you be the saying the same about the Transition if you were sponsored by them?

    E13 pedals spotted!

mandown, Would you recommend them? Would you get them again? I'm about to pull the trigger on these. But, the price (and the fact that I have fairly new Atomlabs) are kind of making me trigger shy. They do look nice though.

The misc section in that website (bodybuilding.com) is hilarious. Many hours can be wasted reading some of the threads in there.

38 year old needs training tips

I'm the same age as you. What helped me out was strength training in the gym. I focused on a lot of one legged explosive movements. The rep range was around 10-15. For example, I started with squats, then hack squats, one leg presses, 1 leg extensions and 1 leg curls (3-4 sets of each exercise)...

Like it was written previously, he only admitted it because he got caught. He isn't sorry he did it, he's sorry he did it and got caught. I also hate professional sports. Those aholes don't deserve all the money they are paid. Read up on his list of advisers. He has some extremely well versed...

    Roof Racks

There's a thread on MTBR which shows mini's and the various racks that can be mounted on them. I believe the site manager (Francis) has a thread also. Nice car. I've seen a couple at the trails with roof racks. Good luck.

A little input in getting this Roco Air set up?

Sorry to derail. On a single pivot (Heckler) for a 175 lb. rider, would this setting be okay (90/180)? I just set it up that way and a parking lot test (I know, I know) feels way too plush. Any help/comments are appreciated.
