Just got a brand new set of Saint M810 brakes and the front lever is already leaking. I'm assuming it's the master cylinder seal that I've read about. After every ride there is some oil on the lever near the lever body.
How long do the pads take to bed in? I did about 10 hard stops from 30 mph and have been on 2 rides but I'm still not impressed with the power. I had Elixir CR's before and these don't seem to be much stronger.
Wrong on both accounts. I recently rebuilt the fork with all new oil and also replaced the o- rings at the same time.
I'll try pulling it apart but I really doubt that I blew the o- ring in less than 10 hours of riding.

So at the end of my ride today I noticed that my fork seemed like it lost all air pressure. I can bottom it out by just pushing down on the bars. What's weird is that when I depressed the Schrader valve a ton of air pressure was still released. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how did...
I have put on 40a 2.5 dhf's and 3c 2.7 dhf's. The first time getting them on is tough and I had to use one lever, but after that I can get them on and off with no tools.
Unscrew the end clamps.
But for non lock- ons, compressed air works really well. If you don't have that then lift the edge of the grip up and pour rubbing alcohol in there. Work it around and the grip should break free.
I just got the o- rings sized and I thought I would post it since it will probably help someone else down the line. The main positive and negative piston o- rings are -117 and the small one inside the negative piston is a 10mm. Hope this helps.
I've had really good luck with Maxxis DH casings. I weigh about 190-195 fully geared up and I've never pinch flatted in the 2 years that I've ridden Minion DHF 2.5s and 2.7s. I also ride really rocky terrain, comparable to North Star I'd say.
Found a place to get all the o- rings, but I pulled apart the fork today and found that the small spring washer at the top of the solo air assembly (directly beneath the circlip and on top of the main piston) was broken! Does anyone know where I can buy these spring washers?
