    i bought Lee McCormacks book. Its a good read, funny, but you will only learn something if you have never "seriously" ridden a bike on a "real" trail. i would put a boxxer on your frame, race ready.

    put in a berm at the bottom of the 3 progression drops like the big sram berm (just not as big) instead of those rocks painted red, it will make it easier to carry speed out of the corner and make it flow way better. thanx
