Yeah Gwin looks really strong, all the core training Hughes teaches seems to work!
What about the next race in St Anne...he´s probably gonna win by 10sec there.
I just want Schladming in my backyard. About, for us mortals, 5min of nonstop wideopen moto rollercoaster. If you make it down in one piece you are both completely exhausted and full of adrenaline, awesome track!
I was thinking about trying this when I looked at getting a 2011 Demo. I wanted to try a medium size which are just a bit big for me and use the 28mm Straitline stem or make ones similar to what Cesar is gonna try.
I´m from moto and I don´t think it would feel wierd having the bar right on top...
Haha that Summum just looks wierd!
They messed around alot with the geometry on the Stab so who knows what version is in that pic. But no it doesnt look like a 60 degree HA compared to the Mondraker.
65 HA, 13.9" BB
Thats an AM bike by todays standards :)
The bike Barel rides in the vid on the other page has a crazy 60 degree HA and BB was super low too.
I think it´s easier than on a bicycle, if you really mess up the approach on a bike you are pretty much screwed.
On a moto you just rev it if you get a nosedive and hit the rear brake if you end up front high. It wont always save you but it helps for sure.
Surprisingly he is doing east, more time to get in moto shape I guess :thumb:
I just hope all the big players stay healthy in next years WC´s, esp Barel.
Yeah I dont know. Gee will be faster in the tight bits but Knighter will kill him on the motorway. Knight can and probably will overjump the small jumps by about 20m and the KTM wont even break a sweat.
Such a long track too, Gee will be tired and Knight not so much.
Fun stuff :)
