    2008 Boxxer WC "click"

Mine do the same intermittantly, although especially after I rebuild. I was told it was nothing to worry about. It was just the little silver plate at the bottom of the moco moving against the blue bit due to the movement of oil (or something along those lines).

Specialized Bighit w/ 8" rear and 6" of front suspension (thoughts)

Yep, I'd definitely be going an 8.5 x 2.5. I'm running that setup on my bighit for downhill, and never looked back! You'll go down to ~7.36" rear travel or something, but it becomes appreciably lower and slacker.

    Big hit- Which frame????

Yep, agree with above although one setup with a biglink and 8.5 x 2.5 shock works best imo - lowers and slackens it out noticeably and you still keep 7.4" travel

38 lbs flat.....oldie but goodie I reckon still with some heavy bits.

Clicking or knocking in my Pike 426 Air U-Turn

Yep, exactly same problem here. Although I have no issues at the extremities of the travel, just in between and I have a 409 (which obviously would make no difference). I found it went away after I did a full rebuild of the air side (and even thought I found out why it did it) but after a few...
