    Separated Shoulder Rehab

    I have a 4th grade separation (total tear of the AC) and all I was told to do was 'use it' as soon as I could. I also visited a physio once I was comfortable and he gave me a bunch of exercises to do which helped me get my strength back. Sorry I can't be of more help.

    Not the greatest pic, but it'll have to do. My large Yeti 575 Carbon (2007). I've just put flat pedals (atomlab trailkings) on instead of the Crank Bros Mallets so that i can have a bit more fun on the trails this year. Though I really like running clipless, I feel like i've been missing out...
