We got a rescue lab/retriever mix 4 years ago. At about a year I tried riding around the neigborhood with him on the leash. He understood immediately. a few days later did our first trail ride and now if he sees me go any where near my bike gear he get's fired up. best riding bud i've had

picked up a ss this past weekend from Craigslist (for $150). I am completely obsessed with this thing, and haven't touched my 6" travel "all mountain" bike since.

here's a really easy one we do in the summer
marinate chicken breasts ( split, with skin and bones) with olive oil, sage, salt and pepper for a couple hours ... the longer the better
grill em till done
when cool rip the bone out, slice and serve over a greek type salad
