Took apart my float today to install new seals and lower it. Using two 30mm spacers from Fox. Only thing is, after I put it all back together there was no difference in travel at all. I still measure a hair over 160mm of stanchion showing...
found what i was looking for right before I read your post! (but its an mrp) didn't make much sense to me to have those with the chainguide rather than with the crankset
slapped on an e13 ring to my saint crank (just pulled it from the box) and it seems that I'm missing something for the installation...
judging by the exploded diagram shimano wants you to mount it with the bashguard, because there's just about enough extra space on the nut/bolt for the...
theyre helping, but the initial screw up has definitely wasted a good amount of time. not too convenient...
the stuff, as i'm told, was sent back to CRC and CRC resent the package sometime in the middle of this week, so all should end well!
definitely not spam, entirely bike related. Used CRC because they had some awesome deals on shimano stuff (saint crank, shifter, cassette, derailleur...) AND actually had the crank in stock

I bought this frame mainly to use at college, and have never owned nor ridden or DJ/4X oriented bike before. I thought it would be a nice addition and help me improve my skills.
