Riding home on my 24" dirt jump bike at night coming round a corner I bunnyhopped a small concrete ledge as I had done many times before. What I didn't know was that someone had put up a metal fence just behind the ledge to stop cyclists from taking that route... Hit the fence mid air. Wen't...
Norbar: No. Sadly not that I'm aware of. And now I can't even find the complete bike on the Mongoose website either.
Maybe Dorel didn't want it to compete with simliar offerings from GT... I dunno.
Haha, yeah, I'm going to have to look into that... It's a long seatpost, but looking at the picture I'm starting to doubt it's that long. Might have to get used to sitting a bit lower even for the xc stuff.
But, as long as the post goes below the top tube everything should be alright. I'm a...
My "do it all"-bike this season. Fast on the xc-stuff, fast on the dh-stuff, agile on the technical trail stuff. Perfect except for being a bit unforgiving when I mess up.

Ah, yes, the AluMate.
What's up with the secrets and marking over the name on the frame? Anyone with half decent google skills and 5 minutes to spare can find that one...
Been riding Baradine pads this spring to test them out. Nothing to complain about, they perform just as well as the original Shimano pads in all aspects and cost about half as much at my lbs.
I'm very happy with how my rear suspension is behaving 95% of the time, though sometimes when I mess up and 50/50 gaps, smash too hard into rock sections or just land heavy after a drop I bottom out a bit too hard for my liking.
Since I don't want to mess up any other settings, I just want to...
What the hell? It's a bike, it works for Cyklist. Why the **** do other people have to bash it?
It's a light bike. End of story. Be happy someone is pushing the envelope a bit!
Looked in to it, histograms look fine though a bit biased towards blacks. No lost details etc. so really it's a non issue and might actually be user error - that's why I asked about any setting that might cause it (highlight priority and what not...I don't know, didn't spend that much time...
Just starting to grasp how mine works, dang it's good.
Anyone else suffering from the camera constantly under exposing pics? Exposing after the built in meter causes very dark images in auto, P, Tv, Av and Manual with all the lenses I've tried on the camera.
Is there any setting I should...
Oh ****, I messed up, got som pats on the back on Swedish sites, "good job", very minor things, etc. Posted on ASCartel confident about the pic, holy crap... I was cut down quick.
Great critique though. I guess I'll take what I learned, take some pics over the coming months and then post up...
Damo: Ah, looks like a good site. Not much activity though? But, rather quality than quantity I guess...
Might just pay the 5 bucks and join.
Posted two pics on POTN and then looked around a bit more, damn, it seems to suffer from the uninspired macro shot and garden shot disease just as much...
I hope this is in accordance with the forum rules...
Anyhow, I'm trying to up my game a bit photography wise, however most photo critique sites I've looked into seem to suffer from the "oh my god what a cute kitten"-syndrome. Hence my question: Does anyone know of a decent forum, or website...
