The new DH bike is a total proto-type..Dont worry the bike is going through changes. It will look different then it does in those pics...Working on shorting the bikes up, and a few other things. But I can assure you, it will be bitchin!
I have not used this stem, but I know that KCNC makes some great stuff and does a lot of testing on their product. I would trust that stem for sure.

Yes it is true, to some degree that the 20 mm thru hub can be used for aggressive XC, marathon, All mountain, and 29er and maybe 650B bikes. But, the 20 mm hub is looked at as a DH / FR application and the XC and Marathon guys...

Just keep watching.. we have some stuff in the works. Yes Jamis is a value brand, but we are also working really hard to develop and prove that our bikes are great. With Kathy Pruitt and Jordie Lunn thrashing and helping develop the bikes, we will continiue to improve as well as prove.
