Back in the 90's when the internet was getting started I worked at compaq. The head of HR sends a message to the whole company about not using the internet to look at porn.
Some bonewipe was trying to send a message to a friend at work that said "I do that at home, I have a 17" monitor" (that...
Actually, when we were working with our architect on a remodel he had one of those huge Dell tablets, probably ~18-20" or so.
It was about as heavy as a notebook, and for people that need to do lots of presentations it is the perfect way to work. If I was still a road warrior and spent 100-150...
How about the waitress who doesn't feel the need to write down your order. Someone at the table (of only 4) says "don't you need to write this down?" No, I got it. Then she finishes with the fourth, circles back to me to ask me my order. Thought you had it down?
Asks another guy later when...
Here is the thing I was thinking about:

Looks like an interesting solution that lets the bikes fold into the wall, so they don't stick out as far.
One thing that would keep them in the right position is this:

Some people swear by these (I am going through a remodeling and they were giving me tips)...
A friend of mine in NM just got stormed by the local cops. Someone said that he was a drug stash house. But he wasn't. Apparently Walter white does not live there anymore.
Having owned BMWs, I don't think I would buy another. It was a good car, spent next to nothing on maintenance, then I hit 6 years old and needed $6K worth of maintenance.
Replaced it with an infiniti that has been really good, but sucks on gas. Only 67K miles after 8 years, so not in the...
Part of going to the gym is that she is pretty much forced to do it. When you have it available 24x7 with no limit, you aren't as dedicated to it. Also, the minute she starts that, it would be harder to justify the bikes.
Well, it will look good on your CV only if you stay there for 18-24 months. Seeing someone jump from a lower level to a higher level and then move on quickly can be a red flag. Some will interpret that as getting in over your head.
If you are going to take the job, plan to stay for 2 years...
Go to work for yourself. I probably wear pants a few times a week. All of my work is done sin pantalones. Of course the down side is once the remodeling starts this spring there will not be an office to go to in order to escape the pounding.
actually too cold for that right now. In the 50's here. I was specifically promised warm decembers, someone has to pay for this pain.
Hopefully it will warm up soon, the fridge is still stocked with really good IPAs
I'll take the counter for everyone else here. Don't take the job. If it was right, you wouldn't be on RM asking if you should take it, you would know.
Either you change the job or the job changes you. Odds are not good on you changing the job, introverts rarely do well running large groups of...
