    Patriotism...

I have thought about this for a while and have basically come up with what the author stated. However, while patriotism (interchangeable with religion?) can be used to get mass amounts of people onboard to support unjust causes such as the Iraq War, i feel that it is more than appropriate to...

How do I get into Downhill when fate is against me?

Get into dirt jumping and BMX for now. Then when college comes around move the hell out of there. I got into riding in Illinois and in high school moved to the absolute worst place in the US for DH riding, Kansas. Now im going to school in Montana and get to ride DH almost every day.

Beating a dead horse... 5D MKII vs 7D?

the T2i uses the same chip as the 7D (i believe) not the 5D, which would make sense of this graininess you speak of. This graininess in the digital world is called 'noise' and the 7D/T2i have more noise in their image than the 5D especially in lowlight. SO yes more light will help in some...

    9spd to 6spd

For the last couple years I have been running a Shimano LX in the rear but its time is over. I'm going with an x7 derailleur and shifter to get me through the rest of this season and am considering going to 6 speed (11-23) or 7 speed. I have found a decent deal on the Sram 970 cassette (I know...
