As one of the few Louisiana DH riders with more dedication to the sport than I know what to do with, I will support this 100% in any way I can. Mountain bikes is a huge aspect of my life and my location will not be enough to slow down my progression!

Looks like I'll be going to this race after all. Long drive from Louisiana, but hell it's better than sitting on my butt right? Anyone need a ride? Pretty sure I'll have room. Coming from Lafayette, LA....if you're on the way pm me.
The blue cooler is ours. It was left Saturday in the rush to get to Captain Tom's before the food was all gone :D

Saturday was quite the muddy/rocky slip n slide of fury but still able to walk away at the end of the day and then come back for more on Sunday! Great weekend. Looking forward to another trip soon!
I had a great time out there this weekend, but it's also kinda hard to have a bad weekend when you mix DH with a bunch of great people, some Beer and Crawfish. Can't wait for the next ride!
Dont worry i'm getting the low down from my authentic coon asses at my shop. I'll have some chicken scratch cooking instructions that we can baseline off of....I'm down to assist the cooking but not if it takes away from riding time :rant:

Hmmm, bit of a problem.....the cooler is only gonna hold probably 2 1/2 sacks. Might have to cut it off at that. Unless i make some more room in my lil chevy truck bed. I'll see what i can do! :blink:
3 sacks will be about 90lbs give or take some "hater" sausage...
and the price of crawfish is at a premium right now. $3/lb
