Hello,
We are from northern Ontario, and will be doing a mini trip to ride with friends/colleagues in the general area...
Meeting and riding Whiteface, then two days later meeting another group and riding in Bromont.
So the day in between, where should we spend it for lift access dh...
I have used Descendants on two different bikes the last two seasons. Two years on a 165mm arm on my DH bike, a second set on my GT distortion this year in all conditions.
I have zero complaints. Runs awesome with straitline silent guide.
For the money, tough to beat I think.
Thanks MTG.
Sounds awesome. Is Captain Jacks/Palmer Park shuttle locations? I watched a video of I think Captain Jacks, and it looked like they shuttled it?? Or am I wrong. Maybe it was a park halfway location, ride to top, ride down, ride back up to car.
Do you know of groups or bike shops that...
Hi,
I will be in Colorado Springs from Sept 22nd to Oct 9th, 2013.
I am from eastern Canada (Toronto) and I have never been to Colorado - and can't see being back in the near future - so I want to ride AS MUCH as possible (work 8-4 during the day). Evenings, and all day Sun 29th, Sat 5...

Anyone with time on the 2012 Fox Float RL in aggressive AM+ conditions?
Anyone with time on the 2010 Fox RP23 Boost Valve in aggressive AM+ conditions?
Hello,
I am building a brand new 2012 GT Distortion up, and I have a few options for rear shocks - all Fox. There in lies the troubles, as I have VERY little ride time/experience on Fox rear shocks (especially air).
So which to use - and impressions on these please, specifically on this...
A group of us from Ontario (with zero real mountains to ride DH), do similar trip you are looking for every year (once, or twice if we can).
For the most part our group is made up of riders who prefer 'natural', 'old school', 'rocky', 'rooty' anertical bd 'unmanicured' trails - with occasional...

Man my problem is I don't want to be laped by guys on uphills! No offense. Just definitely not in the xc scene... I wish I had an AM bike in the mid 20's that could stand up to a hack and Clydesdale like myself.
Thanks for all your info, I will look into your info, and I appreciate...
Yes they do. You just need to order the ones 'specifically' made for Saint cranks. Not sure the difference, as I did not run Saints, but there is two Specific versions (Saint and Regular).
Hello,
I will be spending 2 or 3 weeks in the late summer in Colorado Springs for work. Will be bringing my bike/bikes for sure.
I should be able to get 2 or 3 DH specific days, so with limited time, which resorts should I hit? Trestle Bike Park seems to have positive reviews. Keystone...
I ran the Straitline Silent Guide last year. Loved it.
Previously used E13 and MRP guides.
To me Straitline Silent Guide the quietest, with zero thrown chains/etc. Can't get that 'cool' open chainring/taco chainguide look - but I am ok with that.
Silent Guide for me this year again on new bike.
I had a 2011 Izimu (new), and rode it summer 2012.
For what its worth - I just never felt like I got it right. I guess thats the issue with CCBD for some riders like me, if you don't get it perfect - well it just doesn't feel all that incredible.
Yes I contacted and have the email from Cane...
Hi. Well the chomolungma challenge this weekend was great fun! I will try to get some helmet videos up soon..
Question is, there were lots of photographers around, anyone know where to see/get photos. Especially the start... Crazy fun through village and off stairs!! I was back of start pack...
Hello,
We are heading down for the Chomolungma Challenge in a few weeks.... The course is announced.

Track B: 10 Gallon, Judi Chop, Ninja Bob, Ball-n- Jack, Poweline.
Weird only two specific tracks, switched at 12 noon. Anyone with ride experiences on...
Hello,
Several of us will be going to Snowshoe and Timberline late August. Snowshoe Fri/Sat and Timberline Sun. Is Wisp worth the extra night of the road trip (extra night motel and lift = $75 bucks each or so)?
It would definitely be on our way home, but the question is after Snowshoe and...
