everytime i change jobs i change from lotus notes to outlook and vice versa.
everytime i'm like lotus notes/outlook is so much better than outlook/lotus notes.
right now i'm on outlook, i hate lotus notes.
i did the socal one last year, the whole event just felt like a money making deal, overpriced everything food/water/gear, vip parking for 20 bucks, the course sucked too. And if you're slow, you'll be waiting in lines at the obstacles. (i'm not slow, my friends are)

i did my first one in the fall.
most important, learn how to freestyle swim, i practiced about 5 times before the tri, i was dead tired 1/4 into the swim.
get tri shorts, i did the whole thing in regular speedo swimming shorts, my junk was numb 5 mins into the bike section.

i bet DC produces those, or whoever produces DC/Etnies/globe/dvs, it's all the same factory. Those shoes look exactly like DC/etnies from like 6 years ago.
i switched to five fingers last year, it's 6 weeks of hell for a huge pay off. I can run so much longer and more comfortable now. I have super flat feet.
train for races, then at least your running for a reason.
came stock on my bike, top of travel very stiff, great for climbing. Haven't bottomed it out on anything yet. i wish it had travel adjust for betting climbing position.
