    You can always go with shorter stroke shock on any bike, as long as eye to eye distance is the same or smaller by the amount of stroke reduction (hope that makes sense).

    IH Kumicho

    I run DHX 5.0 coil (9 x 2.75) on my 06 Kumicho and LOVE it! DHX is hard to find in that size, but not impossible.

    Quickly! LG1 for a 7point?

    Don't have the head tube length handy (bike's at home, I'm at work), but fitting LG1 may be an issue. 7point requires E13 wide plate (because of dropped chainstays). Regular SRS definitely will not set up right on that bike, but LG1 is different.. I don't know how far it can be rotated back...

    Whiteface Mountain Bike Park suggestions thread

    I rode Whiteface for a day and the #1 thing I wished for was more trail choices from the top.. something a bit more flowy. I felt like I was doing race training the whole time. Would be nice to have a relaxing/fun option :) Running a quad would be another awesome improvement!

    You didn't just feel faster, you WERE faster! When you were on your Giant, I could at least stay within maybe 100 feet of you. Once you got on the 222, you completely lost me several times!! Light DH bikes FTW! :D

    Yeah... I run a 9x2.75 DHX 5.0 on my Kumicho. Absolutely love it! I got the shock on eBay from some guy in Taiwan (OEM take-off).

    Oh and one more thing.. what about Roco RC? It comes in 9 x 2.75 and it seems like stable platform is really not necessary for DHi, right? Anyone know what size bushings I'd need? :D Thanks!
