I've got a demo 7 but it's a Medium. Try Cynergy Cycles in Santa Monica. They had '09 and '10 demo 7s and 8s on the floor. There is also a guy who works there (I think his name is Rico?) who races a demo 7 and was super knowledgeable and cool.
Did you find that less positive air pressure fixed the issue? I have a new revelation 426 air u-turn that has the same problem. All the way out it's fine, all the way in it happens intermittently and any setting between there it happens all the time. I appreciate any info you might have on it...
"more technical" sounds great. So Cal needs some courses that don't give a trailbike an advantage.
I can't get out there this Saturday, but I look forward to helping soon.
it's kind of ghetto, but check out the use of traffic pylons for gates at the '07 crankworx DS.

Great event on New Years, Thanks.
Any word on what the course is like? Do they have access to much elevation out there? The only pics that I've seen of the area looks like a short grassy hillside.
The 5.10 is more bulky and stiff compared to the 661 dually. Unfortunately they also run a bit wide so I'm back to my old beat pair.
If anyone is interested I've got a pair of 06 dually taki size us 9/euro 43, only worn twice, that I would get rid of for cheap.
Cool, good to hear. We will try to hit it up Saturday the 22nd. Is there enough traffic going up that we would be able to hitch a ride to retrieve our truck? Also it sounds like there are a lot variations. Anyone have a favorite route.
Hey, I'm driving up to whistler this weekend from California. We plan to spend most of next week up there and then head back the following weekend. I was looking for a diversion on the drive back and was thinking a ride at post canyon would be a good option. I've heard good things but have never...
Being the backbone trail, it traverses the mountains. Between Kanan and Corral the trail crosses three drainages. The Kanan trailhead is towards the bottom of a drainage and the Corral trailhead is on the ridgeline. None of the climbs are very long, but there are some short steep sections...
It's a fun trail. I suggest starting at kanan so that on the return you can finish with a downhill. It's also fun to carry on past the parking lot at the corral cyn. end and play around on the sandstone sections before heading back. Have fun.
I've been seeing a lot of photos of it lately, interesting that only half is illegal. I have not gotten the complete beta on the other trail. From what I understand it is on the other side of the pass.
