Hyper may never become a popular high end company if they continue to sell to Wal-Mart. Bike shops don't respect companies that have high end products and department store quality products. Look at Mongoose they started off selling high end bikes to the shops, when they resized that more money...
They built bunk houses for the Ayr Academy to use but if I am correct the campers now stay at a local school. I would call and ask if you could stay in those. They have bathrooms and everything.
All the trails are good but I like threshold the best. It doesn't get much better than the big drop followed up with the road gap. The rock gardens and the step up in the beginning are fun too.
