Lyrik RCT3 solo air, 27.5”, boost spacing. Currently set at 180, but adjustable to 150 in 10mm increments. Steerer tube is 7.6" long.
Original owner, used for ~ 15 hours, works as perfectly as it looks. As close to new as a used fork can get. Retail is 1100, asking 599 for a quick sale. Will...
New, unused / unmounted, Schwalbe Magic Mary. Super Gravity casing, Trail star compound. 29 x 2.35. Ideal front tire for your enduro / DH 29er. The cheapest sale price online is $54 shipped.
I'll sell mine for $45 shipped (to the lower 48 US). Price is firm as its better than the best deal you...
I rent as well, and built a free-standing bike rack to solve your exact problem. It's a simple structure that uses 4x4 fence post, and bracing at each corner. It's been extremely solid and effective, and quickly becomes 3 pieces again should you move. I think I have $70 into materials?
These...
This. I fly with a bike frequently, and despite the illusion of packing magic and negotiation strategy, it will ultimately boil down to this one sentence above.
Personally, I find it's pretty consistently $200 each way, Domestic or international, regardless of my flyer status or knowledge of...
2014 Giant XTC Advanced SL. Size Large. I'm the original owner, and bought this as a frame set to build from the ground up with the parts I wanted. The frame was $2300, and i built it up almost identical to the 0 model, which sold for $8200, and you can compare to here...
It's a fun set up, and handles like you'd expect. The razor has decieivingly good braking performance when it's fresh, and cornering is consistent throughout its lifespan. The greatest tradeoff is climbing traction, which is noticeable. The Mary stays up front and never comes off.
This.
I rode an alpine valley down this Col in France last summer. A mix of cow trail, farm road, waist deep water crossings, and "free riding" in the general direction I knew I needed to go. I'd be surprised if it was much more than 8 miles.
2014 Giant TCX Advanced Pro. Size M/L. (55cm). Carbon Frame, Carbon Fork, Carbon Steerer.
I'm the original owner, and have owned the bike for 1 year. It was built as a frameset from the ground up with parts I chose. It was used as an all purpose bike, and not for racing. As a result, it's paint...
A few of my personal favorites:
Snap-on true flush cutters. Ideal for zip-tie's and tire cutting.
Pedro's vice whip, because chain whips are annoying.
Snap-on wide-mouth with short handle. Light enough for the plane, big enough for everything you forgot about. Smooth jaws leave no...
The single valve system is currently in production, and wasn't available in time for finale. That's the only reason select riders were set up with the prototype dual valve system.
I bring a box full of stuff once a year to the LBS I used to work at. Useless to me is worth something in "the graveyard" out back. A derailleur cable fixing bolt or a shifter top cap is a real victory when you're trying to help a customer out with a repair. If they're smart, they'll be stoked.
I've worked closely with this bike since last spring and have very few gripes with its design, which is quite impressive since every part of the frame was changed from the previous year. There are so many places to fail when redesigning linkages, pivot hardware, dropouts, etc., and hiccups are...
Its the Giant Trance Advanced frameset. They sell an alloy version, as well. I built mine as a frameset to get the build I wanted. Weighs in at 25.9lbs, for the nerds who're curious. :clue: (Wheels are tubeless carbon, tires are snakeskin casing)
