Has anyone had an issue with removing the headset cups on their Undead I want to change mine for the Steep to Slack position and they are wedged in there pretty tight. I have tried using a Park tool headset removal tool for the upper cup and a wooden dowel with hammer for the lower but they are...
Just got back from the first Canada Cup race of the season at Tremblant and three racers in the Masters
category were racing on the new 40 this weekend, kind of funny that the top elite riders still were not on them though. I guess those old racers had some pull over at Fox.
Feedback was...
Good luck, I ran into the same situation last year after I ordered some adapters, it took me three months to get them and countless emails and phone calls.
Just look up all of the similar feedback on this forum.
At this point easily the worst customer service in the industry , please avoid...
Ok , for anyone that is looking for an alternative to the Angleset I just replaced mine with one of these, much smoother feel and no issues whatsoever. No it's not adjusatble like the Angleset but just feels more solid and it's not that expensive either. They also come in a few different angle...
What, I have been using 3 custom made sleeves that cover about 90% of the spring and I have never had a problem with binding. You just have to make sure you use the right size shrink wrap material and a hot air gun.
Also another benefit to using a longer or more sleeves is that you can...
Bromont has delayed their opening by one week and will now open on the 14th of May.
Trails are in a mess and recent bad weather has not helped with the much needed work of getting the trails ready.
I find it odd that they "CRC" would post this on a forum rather than directly on their web site or at least send out an email to clients that purcahsed during this time period to alert them to this potential issue. I even sent them an email inquring if my personal information was now save and...
Issues are still ongoing at CRC , my card was just used for fraudelent purchases in Europe over the last 24 hrs ! I last placed an order with them on the 14th of March.
Might be possible ?, I have a similar build on my M9 at 37.5 lbs, same wheels tubeless with Dual Ply UST Minions but I have an RC4 with Ti Spring and a Fox 40 on the front.
That scale is off or the frame is carrying some hidden weight.
I have raced three different 224's over the past 4 years and all of the frames weighed in at around 8.5 lbs without a rear shock or spring, or just a little over 10 lbs with a Fox RC4 and Ti spring on board.
You can easily get...
I had the same issues over the past few years with broken axles on the Hope Pro 2 hubs, just switched over to Nukeproof, almost as light and looks like it's quite a bit sturdier and solidly built, it is also wider " flange to flange" than the Hope which was another weakness of the Hope design.
The owner's manual can be downloaded right off the Intense site but differs in some regards to the specs with the actual geometry chart on the web site.
Anyone know the actual BB height on this beast, the geometry chart in the owner's manual lists it at 14.2 " to 14.5" but the on the Intense web site it's listed at 13.75"??
