Well, i'll answer my own question with a very simple tip! While browsing a motorcycle forum, i came upon this very simple solution...Hot water. Let your fork (seal/wiper end) soak in HOT water for 10-15 mins and they come out like they were dipped in butter...
HI guys.
I purchased a kit (seal/wiper) to replace my old but still very trustworthy Shiver DC's seals and wipers. Looking at the Shiver's manual, seems like a simple enough job but i am stuck on a very important step...I can't remove the darn wiper! It seems either glued on there or simply...
Thank you RollerToaster.
I finally got some news from them. All emails sent were never answered, so i gave them a call, actually two calls since the first one was dropped after a 5 min wait...
I was told some of my parts, were now out of stock. I made sure to tell the rep that the items were...
Whooo there...If there was a Forum marked "online stores" or the such, i would have started it there.

The items are being shipped to Louisiana...My sister lives there...so that would not be an issue...Cheaper to get it shipped there and me picking it up in 2 weeks since i will be heading over there for my vacations...

HI.
I am guessing some of you have dealt with Cambriabike before? any problems? Took a while to get your stuff? I ordered some stuff back on the 7th of July. I still haven't heard anything from them, all i got was a tracking order that shows absolutely nothing was done on their...
Hi.
This is probably an easy question to answer, but I was wondering if there are any problems in using a different manufacturers spring on a rear shock? Let's say you have a Fox rear shock, can you put a Manitou spring on it? Of course, same lenght and all...

Mostle because of the snow...! I'd rather ski instead during the winter...
A pic is worth a thousand words
So no biggy for the fork and...
Well, as winter approaches, i'm starting to think about how i am going to 'store' my bikes for those cold winter months...
Is it ok to hang them by the front wheel? Could it be bad for the Fork or wheel itself? If it matters, my DH has a Shiver and my XC a Judy. Any inputs appreciated...
Well, at least, Canada is not killing and invading other countries for their own sick pleasure...The US would have sent 20,000 troops if it was actually worth a damn. Wait until they discover massive oil resources there, then you'll see the Mighty US Army come along...
Congrats! Those bring back memories! I just became a dad a month ago...The only difference is, they are twins! 2 boys. Greatest thing that ever happened to me!
I have 2 Brodies...A 2002 Diablo and and 2002 8-Ball. I've had no problems whatsoever with the Diablo. The 8-Ball, i blew the shock twice since (2 full seasons). I consider that 'normal' for a Vanilla R...Looking to upgrade :)
I've also had nothing but great customer support from Brodie...
I am absolutly digging the looks of it! I think it looks sweet as heck. I think it will 'fit' well with only a couple of frame colors but what the heck.
I made some for my bikes using Lexan...Cost me about 10 bucks (Canadian dollars) for a piece of 1/4" and cut 3 guards from it. Pretty darn cheap and it has been on my bikes for 3 years and counting...
