I have a brand new '07 Marz 66 LT fork from a Scott Nitrous - it is the 180mm travel model with just rebound adj on the bottom of the right leg and air pre-load in the top of both.
I would like to upgrade it with an ATA cartridge or consider what is out there if it is possible to get it done...
Been holding onto the NOS NukeProof Couch FS frame for a while now. I built her up over the winter. Being a 250+ lb rider I went with King hubs and the new Syncros FR rim. Seem solid so far. Also went with Syncros' new FR Stem - very stiff as well.
I put on a Marz 66RV 180mm travel fork - new...
I am looking for an Extra-firm Marzocchi spring that is 11 7/8" long - the Shiver I believe had a 190mm model and the 888 may have a spring that I am looking for. Can anyone confirm this? I'll even take them off your hands if they are not doing you any good. Thanks!
It is a little too wide at the rear, which is no problem at all to fix - but, it is about 10mm too wide in the front - again not a big problem, BUT that part of the link is solid straight across so I cannot use it to straddle the mounts that I have.
I think the later FSR stock linkages, at...
Well, if I could get the following measurements, I'll let you know immediately:
- inside diameter of where the front (smaller end) of the linkage bolts on at the front to the frame - AND outside width of linkage at that same attachment point
- same measurements for the rear where it bolts to...
Thanks! Metal ruler works for me. If you wish you can email me at NukeProof at shaw.ca
This is really appreciated! If it works out will you sell the link?
Dennis
If someone has one of these can you please tell me the Outside Diameter of the front attachment portion of the linkage - and also the Inside Diameter of the rear attachment ... if you have one you know what I am asking fo. Thanks!

I have tried a couple of places, but have had no luck. The clear coat process that the powder coat company I use say that the clear coat would adhere to the new paint very, very well - but not at all to the decals.
Anyone got any ideas? I know they'll get scratched eventually, but I am trying...
I am not close to an expert, but I believe the fork has high pressure in the left leg and low in the right (plus internal rebound adjust). I also understand that heavier oil can slow down the action as well.
I am wondering if coil springs can be added to these forks? I know that someone...
Man, innovation doesn't come along for something as simpla as a flat pedal very often - where they are functional and look like that. With winter up here all that I can do is play with the blue ones, but geez, they are gonna be some grippy. Likely need new shoes every couple of weeks hehe. :thumb:
No - I don't mind; just over 130 shipped. I had to have them. Kind of like a smoker with lots of money and there is only one pack of cigarettes to be had. There are always ppl who will say that I paid too much, but it comes down to who's $$ is being spent. Peace.
I purchased my pedals from ebay - the guy who sold them to me, Hunter from www.abandonracing.com told me in an email that the arachnids will be available in clear ano and gold ano early in the New Year. Not a shameless plug/spam - I have never met him before - just trying to let those who are...
15.7 ounces, or 445 grams of tasty custom cnc ... Apparently there are only two sets out there right now, but they should be available in the new year.
I agree - they make unique stuff. Functional and quality too, from what I am told.
Picked up a new set of Dark Cycles Arachnid Pedals - can't wait to try them out. They should be plenty grippy. They came from a new products show and are not in production yet. It's too bad I can't ride the buggers until the snow is gone up here in central Alberta.
My shins should like them too.
It's the white '01 Psylo with the black crown:
First, there is a very small amount of oil escaping when the rebound knob on the bottom of the right fork leg is turned (not enough to cause dripping) ... next,
Should that same knob turn infinitely in either direction? It seems like it really...
If this brand of humour confuses you, there is no amount of explaining I can do. No offence intended.
Try www.somethingawful.com under photoshop Phriday on the left column - start off with something like Board Games #1 or #2 (about 25 selections down). Some of them are hilarious ... if you are...
