    I Just wonted to get some ideus on what kinda drinks and Food poepel use during racing and traing? i my self use Accelerade Sports Drink for during the race after i use Endurox R4 Drink. Food is a Question for me. Let me know what you all use thanks.

    I ride in all kinds of wither form rain to snow. The way I look at it XC racing and riding you don’t need the braking bower that a downhiller needs. Just a good set of brake pads and you are all good. What rim brakes do you use?

    Am I the only one still racing with rim brakes? I am still thinking of going to dice brakes but I am so Happy with what I got. So my question is there any one out there with me ????

    road racing

    Iam thinking of getting in to Road racing but i am coming From an Mt bike back ground. Love to clime and have people all around me. The thing is i live in Upstate NY. I have seen alot of road races's and crits. The thing that i don't know is i will be a Cat 4/5 i race sport in Mt bikes...

    dont get me worng i love climing to the top of the mt. and then the down hill and do it over again with the hart racing and the bloud flowing. That is wat keeps me going back to XC. BUT for the bmx and DS it the head to head racing seeing your opponent next to you, and you passing by him. LOL...

    I have raced avery thing from XC to BMX. I just got a Haro SX 24. i cant wat to hit the with no front shock i think it well help with the jumping. The best thing with bmx is there is on NORBA to deal with just $8 or $5 buck to race. NO long drive in a car with a 2 year old . LOL MY little one.

    I would go with The Hollowpoint. You are geting a beter bike, name and warrantee if some thing would go worng. You Now " I was Just riding down the street." :eek:

    crank arm length I have a Jamis Drango its 17.0 in frame. With 170mm crank arm length. Shooed I get 175mm or stay with 170mm? I am 6' tall and 210 lbs let me know watt you a think

    I would go with AL. But i my self i ride a Steel frame..
