    PDC at interbike

A couple of angle shots taken through the PDC Camera at the show, shows a little more dimension of the frame. There will be more integration of the ISCG tabs and upper/lower pivot & towers. We have somthing up our sleeve that I think everyone will find nothing short of amazing...

    PDC at interbike

Hey guys, We just got back from the show - was a good trip as usual. We drove again (~24 hours or so), today is my recovery day before gettin' back at it tomorrow. The new DH rig dubbed 'Solaris' made its debut at interbike '05, where it was received extremely well. The Solaris utilizes...

    PDC Racing DH-One

Dame, As far as the rear end hitting the frame, well that's about all that happens. there was a problem in communication between the machine shop and the welders which caused the issue. Basically with those frames, it dented it once and hasn't caused a single issue since, if it did I would...

The first production frame will pop out of the woodwork Feb 12th @ the Outdoor Adventure tradeshow in Vancouver. The lot of the rest will follow a few weeks after. The hardtails on the other hand, production versions will be availible in early Feb. They're lookin' nice so far :)

    PDC Racing Freeride.

Center of the BB to the center of the top of the headtube is 28.8", medium frame. The prototype frames with a 2.75" stroke shock weighed 8.5lbs. The production version I estimate to be another pound, will confirm when it's all dressed. :thumb:

    PDC Racing Freeride.

Brad so far the closest *confirmed* order is to Idaho Springs CO. I've got shops all over the states interested in the new frames, so I wouldn't be surprised if somone local ordered one.

    PDC Racing Freeride.

'tis a typo, myerror I've edited. Avalanche shocks are an option, I would need to know the model, and all the rider info to be able to price quote.

    New PDC frame

Pre-Production weight with the larger shock is mid eights. The use of an air shock for 4x would net a huge difference. Even a 6.5" eye to eye shock is a substantial bit lighter. All the bikes shown had the shorter 16.9" chainstay length, so that accounts for part of the tire clearance, also...

    New PDC frame

I'll be able to drum up a cad drawing of the path soon....email me @ info@pdcracing.com and I'll get it off to you, I'm just mega swamped right now with a production run and follow-ups with interbike. The 4x and FR models use different rear shocks (the linkage is both a 3:1 leverage ratio)...

    New PDC frame

Here is some preliminary info on the new frames: White FS frame: This frame was designed as a multi-purpose unit, to be able to be used on a variety of terrain, as well as a solid contender in any downhill race, dependant of course upon buildup choice. As it sat there, it was 37lbs, but that...

    PDC Production PORNO!!!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! The growing pains of a small business, my marketing reach is pretty limited, so fortunatly the DH-One has done me many favors in speaking for itself, and having word of mouth working to my advantage. I've still had a few things to iron out, but I think the...
