bump - is anyone wearing these shoes for DH?? I have a pair of five tens but i want something with more ankle support when I'm on heavier terrain. Feedback appreciated

Which DH bike rental option would you go with and why? I'm 5'11, 165lbs, and an advanced rider who can handle most everything on the mountain. I won't have an opportunity to test any of these bikes before I get there in late August. Your feedback is appreciated as to which bike/shop to go...
I'm looking for a solid knee/shin protector for Whistler and I came across these Nukeproof pads - looks like a solid design with plenty of padding. Does anyone have experience with these? Fit? Comfort? Quality?
