    Thanks for your input, I don't swim nonstop for 20 mins, I take numerous breaks, in all honesty I don't think I could swim 3 laps non-stop. swimming for me up until now has been a matter of survival more than a means of excercise.

    because my lame diabetic ass can't handle real sugar. By using splenda I can endulge my sweet tooth again instead of worrying if I'm going to go into diabetic shock. And so far, everything I've made with splenda so far has been unidentifiable.
