Funny that it's team SRAM/Nicolai, I reckon. Unless SRAM are developing a top secret G-boxx, that is.
So when's the ethirteen thing (was it superboxx?) supposed to be coming out? I was hoping for pics at Sea Otter, but not so.
When do people think gearboxes will start popping up on more trail-ish bikes?
(Well, I suppose there is already the Nicolai, but I mean when we start seeing prototypes from a variety of mfg's, like we are on DH bikes right now)
when I pedal, I can lift my cleat off the pedal a little. The wing thing also has a little bit of play. ~1.5 year old eggbeaters. Ridden them for ~1 year (they were my brother's before that).
Just an aside, from what I understand, axle path doesn't matter *that much*. While a squiggle shaped path might have some odd tendencies, the only difference between most axlepaths is chain feedback (through the pedals). Anti-squat (unbobbiness) is determined by pivot or IC location, and where...
Well, DW didn't actually say that they were different, so they might be similar...
I might have actually been right!(I won't count on it)

On second thoughts, they don't. There's just something about that seat tube brace on the mkIII that makes me think Santa Cruz, even though no SC's have one. Hmmmmm, must be part of that voodoo effect.
Or maybe it's just the colour's (bright green, blue and yellow).
Maybe because if someone sees a sc on a dh bike they have second thoughts about it (it just doesn't look as strong etc.)
Also, which other manufacturer has a sherman on their dh bike? I don't know of any, so there is probably is a reason why Ironhorse don't either.
Lastly, you're just...
