DirecTV DVR to my MacBook Pro?
so, I know it's been a while of me posting..and i know y'all missed me... but, is there anyway to take recorded programs off of my DirecTV DVR and put them on my MBP? there's a USB port in the back of the DVR...i'm sure it's more than just..plug and transfer?- manziman

Sprained ankles...
so, it's 3 days after I did it and it's not swollen or bruised. And I played volleyball on it...I think it was just a bad roll, not a sprain.- manziman

Doubtful...I've been shaving my legs for a good...4 years now. I'm pretty sure it was curbhucker or that tool dexterq20. uh, yea, my cankle is alright. Minimal swelling, no bruising, and I can walk/jog just fine with very little pain and no pills or alcohol. My ROM is about 170°...- manziman

Sprained ankles...
well, this happened last night...no pop or crack...just instant pain. Guaranteed, it's not broken. I called out of work today and just iced, elevated and moved it around to get the blood going. about 24 hours later, I can drive a stick and walk fine. there's still some swelling..but, i...- manziman
