I had the same problem with my v10. i was running a 450 and it was way to soft.(weigh like 170) guys at fox told me to throw a 550 on there and it fixed the problem. the problem i see is that your running 170 in your chamber. it doesnt need to be that high. try going with a 550 and like 70-80 in...

if i remember correctly the timerwolf was one EXTREMELY HEAVY tire. i've never ridden them but know a fellow who did and he wasnt impressed. they seemed to drain confidence from his front end.
2.7 minion f in the 60a compound. cut them if you know how and they will be absolutely great for almost every condition including mud.
obviously the 42a 40a or 3c will get better grip but for someone whos buying the tires its not worth it. the 60as will last a season if you ride them lightly.
ski windham and ski hunter, both within 30 min of plattekill have massive ammounts of facilites to accomodate.
