Hey all i figured this would be better to post here since i dont want to ship any tires, but if anyone is interested i have a huge stack of Michelin DH tires mostly new couple used for only a ride that im trying to get rid of. Most sell for $40-$60, im looking for $20 a tire. PM with specific...
Hey dude no offence but at least we follow through and have a DH course. It may lack some flow but look at the elevation change we have to work with, its almost nothing! Complain if you want but as i recall most people were happy with it.
Well seeing as its next weekend you better work on...
I ran those same specialized shoes and mallets all last season and loved them, Im going to use the same setup again this year. The shoes are light for such a DH specific shoe and they're great for hiking. Couldnt be happier. My only complaint is with the cleats. Im sure you've heard it already...
There's no way i just weighed mine with that exact same scale and mine came out at 42.6! It built to be pure race so its not like i have any heavy parts on there. Where do you drop 6lbs and still have it finish a race!?
I rode in all white TLD gear last season and it does get dirty, but as long as you use like Oxy Clean or somthing like that it gets it all out. Takes more work to keep clean but nothing looks better.
As long as its somewhat soft, you cant lose with a cut comp 24 in the rear, and a comp 16 up front. The comp 16 hooks up, up front where the traction is needed, and the cut comp 24 hooks up way better than stock yet still has amazing rolling resistance. Its the way to go.
Just thought i'd give you a little preview of how sick they look built... Nice color choice.

I know its already been said but, look at the top five from teams for 2005 D1 collegiate mtb cycing overalls... 1-4 are all Colorado Schools! I'm from Nor-Cal and sould be promoting Nor-Cal schools but the DH scene is amazing here in Colorado. The DH, 4x, and especially the collegiate racing...
Um i have no idea, i think some of us are in the dorms, while others are crashing on the floor at friends places. Thanks for the heads up about the rain.
Hey i know exactly how you feel. That exact same thing happened to me, same tire and everything, last season in the daytona berms at the bottom. I approached northstar about it and they told me it was my fault! My nail went in through the tread and out the sidewall and scratched up my frame. I...
Wow chris that built up really nice with a shorter fork. That 888 ruined the handling of that frame, but that Super T will work so much better. Looks like its gonna rip. Cant wait to ride. Oh by the way thats one of the first M1's, of the newer style frame, produced... Thats why you dont see many em
