They must have just been over filled from the factory and it wasn't allowing enough room for expansion.

I had just tightened the axel clamps on my Nixons and went for quick spin out the front of my house when CRACK!!!
I use a Torque wrench and tighten them to about 20 in-lb (Manitou says 45-55 in-lb!)

Is the Bobby you are talking about Bobby Acuna from Manitou? If so, I Just E-mailed him and he said it is not possible to put TPC+ in them. :eek:
