i,m still running my Minion up front and a Rock Razor in the rear , not sure when i will swap over the rear , has not been too much of a issue with the mucky rides i have done this fall .
they have the 295OOZY in 28 hole i have parts to build s set ,and as far as sram and shimamo gearing
i,m not concerned over one being 11t and another 10t i never get that low on my cog set , if i am at enough speed to warrant the 10t gearing i am typically faster then i can pedal gearing wise...
KING stuff is built to last a lifetime and is worth investing in if you already have the hub , Shimano is 11spd as well and they use a standard freehub
ISCG mounts on one , and top tube on another , and not sure i think seat tube area on the last one , they take good care with replacements but still a headache
Process 167 is a really really good bike i ride mine exclusively on trails and love it , i have climbed faster and decended faster then my previous 2013 Process which was a 26" bike as well .
my last over the bars like that ended with 2 ribs with multiple fractures and a lung partially filled with blood hoping to be out this weekend , been 7weeks since the crash

as for the TL,s they are a decent machine , if you are running one with a...
nice job congrats on the grant , as for $100K and CNC,s that is not going to go far , tooling can be double the cost of the machine once the dust settles .
if i was in the market i might look for a DOOSAN or OKUMA . we have 3 DOOSAN turning centers at work and they are alot nicer to work on...

owned one of these with a Hank on the front , one of the original long travel lightweight triple clamp forks
the article states it,s a modded Fox 40
Fox 40 fork, set at 180mm – Chris prefers the stiffer feel over the 36. This particular set of forks have been custom built from the inside out, and weigh about the same as 2013/2014 Fox 34 TALAS forks!
same here on switching to the ESI foam grips , very comfy on the hands when compared to Lock-on grips , i get less hand cramps on long decents and less hand numbness on long climbs
